Position: Automation Analyst/ Senior Analyst Overall purpose of the job:Support automation requirements for all the MCBD teams/ groups at Hyderabad officeTo identify and automate all the existing dashboards which helps the team in reducing turn around time ( TAT) and reduces manual interventionWork on medium to large volume of marketing and financial data for creating leadership dashbaords in Excel/ Acess. Should also be able to analyse this data and provide meaningful insightsExperience with performing analyses: complex data mining, predictive modeling, financial analysis and inference report writingThis role would directly report into the MCBD Hyderabad lead Key responsibilities are: Identifying areas of improvement / complex processes across MCBD teams which can be automated using VB macros. Analysts are responsible for supporting Deloitte’s Australia based account and leadership teams in creating and working on management dashboards and reporting templates. These reports and dashboards help in effective decision making for the Leadership team. Examines and evaluates existing business reports to identify new reports, or improvise the existing format. Reporting: Ability to identify trends, conceptualize reporting formats, write inferences ( commentary) Sales, marketing and survey reports. Ad- Hoc Reporting and Troubleshooting: assist team in ad- hoc reports, delivery of data and troubleshooting, ensuring high quality output. Ability to conceptualize new dashboards and leadership reports based on internal client and business requirements Identify and track content across Deloitte member firm systems ( DeloitteNet, Deloitte Resources, Intellinet etc. ) Track, compile, share and distribute key performance indicators / metrics for MCBD activities
Desired Profile Qualifications: VB Coding expert, Excel Macros, Access database Advanced MS Excel SharePoint knowledge Database reporting packages ( e. g. Report Builder, Crystal Report Writer, COGNOS Reporting – essential) ( Desirable) Experience / exposure in C, C++ programming language ( Desirable) #LI
