About the Pursuits and Proposals Team: Pursuit & Proposals ( P&P) team supports services that align closely with Deloittes Federal Capture Process. Services are offered under different categories including Rapid Research, Preparation of a Capture Plan, Knowledge Management ( KM) , Graphics, HR & staffing support, Desktop publishing and other areas of proposal development. In addition, the team will support Deloitte member firms in areas of Recruitment support secondary research and admin support on Deloittes Donor bids.
The Federal Pursuits and Proposal support team, presents an exciting opportunity for high- performing practitioners to work with Deloittes Consulting leadership, and gain experience in the fast growing Deloittes Federal sector.
Job Descriptions of Open Position:
Business Technology Analyst/ Consultant Federal Pursuit & Proposal Recruitment Support for Donor bids ( position based in Hyderabad)
The role will require Recruitment support, Secondary research and Administration support to manage Deloitte’s Donor bids across its member firm network.
The ideal candidate should possess –
Recruitment support
Analyze RFP role requirements and develop a profile and job description to support recruitment efforts.
Conduct searches of Deloitte registered job sites and other sources to identify preliminary international and local candidates for opportunity staffing.
Conduct advanced candidate searches on multiple sources and conduct competitive research.
Prepare and tailor CVs meeting RFP requirements.
Gather background documentation to fulfil compliance requirements to pursue an opportunity
Development of proposal/ opportunity templates, CVs and Proposal toolkits to support Deloitte Member firms in the donor area.
Other roles/ activities:
Oversee opportunity pipeline across international donor organizations like USAID, EU, and WHO etc. )
Participate in KM activities including collecting, editing and formatting project qualifications to meet the RFP requirements.
Participate in secondary research as required in the area of donor bids.
General requirements:
Should have the ability to follow the set processes and procedures, especially in areas of managing multiple document versions and software usage.
Demonstrated the ability to work in a team environment with an ability to move across multiple assignments and adjust multiple and competing priorities to meet deadlines.
Possess functional experience working with CRM and work flow tools ( SharePoint, etc. ) to track status, document version management etc.
It will be an advantage to have experience with Request for proposal ( RFP) response process in ( but not limited to) Federal or public sector industry/ sectors.
Display strong written and spoken communication skills ( English)
