SBI Associate PO is conducted in two phases where phase 1 consists of two papers.
Phase 1 first paper is designed for 200 marks on concepts of High level reasoning, Data Interpretation, English Language, General Awareness+ Computer Knowledge and Marketing Awareness. Each section contains 50 marks each and the paper is completely objective based. 2 hours time is given for a candidate to solve the paper.
Paper 2 is subjective based paper to test the candidates English language skills. Paper is conducted for 50 marks and scheduled for 1 hour time duration
Phase 2 is group discussion and personal interview rounds where candidate who cleared the phase 1 are allowed for the 2nd phase. Selection of candidates finally into the vacant positions is in hands of the recruitment panel by considering candidate’s performance in written test and personal interview test.
