Position Overview:

This position is responsible for acting as a key participant in monitoring, controlling and ensuring the quality of the implementation processes.
Job Functions / Responsibilities:
Ensures that the product or service is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements.
Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in implementation process and projects across the organization.
Analyze documentation and technical specifications of stages or process of implementation and to determine its intended functionality.
Work in a challenging environment in terms of quality and quantity to address ongoing client needs.
Conduct internal audits to measure and assure adherence to established QA standards for application integration, installation and implementation, and corresponding documentation.
Create and execute test plans and scripts that will determine optimal application performance according to specifications.
Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.
Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices.
Take ownership of assumed task, provide test, implementation and support plan in a multi-tier level.
Provide support and assistance to other departments as required.
Work in a collaborative atmosphere providing assistance and guidance to co-workers and also express willingness to learn from them.
Learn other technologies that are used in the product so as to get involved in enhancements, support and maintenance activities.

Requirements:
Minimum 0.6 years of experience in software testing or related fields.
Graduate in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies.
Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Keen attention to detail.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Experience using source control and bug tracking systems and writing technical documentation
