Job Description
The following skills are required: • 5 years and above experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM required • Microsoft .NET development (especially C#, ASP.NET, and VB.NET) • Microsoft SQL server 2000/2005 • Javascript/AJAX • .Net 2.0/3.0, Webservice, XML • Strong business analysis skills • SQL Reporting Services report development • Experience implementing large packaged CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, SalesForce.com, SalesLogixl) • Custom application requirements definition and design • Excellent communication (oral and written) • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification preferred • Significant experience with sales management, marketing, and/or customer service processes • Proven project management experience, managing teams of 5 to 20 people • SharePoint/Moss technical experience • MS Exchange Server • MS CRM Installation & Configuration • MS CRM optimize performance • The following skills are highly desired, but not required: • Other CRM application experience • SQL Integratoin Services and/or BizTalk Server development experience • SQL Analytical Services development • Experience with company Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Service processes • Microsoft Dynamics CRM adminstration • Active directory, DNS configuration • Basic adminsitration of Microsoft Windows 2003 Server
