– Java/J2ee technologies
– Spring and JSF/Struts
– ORM – Hibernate, iBatis or Toplink
– Must have good exposure to EJB 3.0.-Working knowledge of EJB (any version) is a must
– Must have good conceptual exposure of SOA, workflow
– Must possess good analytical skills
– Must have excellent problem skills and stakeholder management skills
– Must have good presentation skills
– Must have good customer facing and communication skills
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
• Defining technical architectures, driving technical solutions and decisions
• Provide technical leadership to solve problems and guide the design and development
• Governance and compliance towards architecture, and best practices are incorporated in design
• Performing extensive design and code reviews
• Identify technical risks proactively, and as early as possible
