Strong Knowledge on SDLC
Expertise in Manual Testing on both Client server and web based applications
Minimum 6 months experience in Automation Testing (Selenium or any other open source tool)
Expertise in Java/VB Scripts
Good in analyzing Automation Test Results
Very Good in Understanding and Analyzing Requirements
Good in Writing SQL Queries
Strong in Designing Scenarios, Test Cases
Knowledge on Test Plan, Test Strategy
Good in Peer Review Process
Good in Bug Life Cycle (Should have Experience in any one Bug Tracking Tool like Bugzilla, TFS)
Good Exposure in Test Reporting and Defect Analysis
Very Good in Communication Skills
Ability to Learn new Technologies Quickly and Implement Independently
Secondary Skill Set :
Knowledge in Performance Testing
Knowledge on Automation Framework
Good Experience in using VSS/TFS version control tool
Desired Profile
Must have good communication skill.
Certification would add advantage.
