Qualification:
Fresher /Any Graduate
Able to learn quickly
Fresher or 0-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Website support.
Check the online presence of Website and functionality.
Chat with online customer about product, orders, product related issues, complaints, etc.
Good Communication skills in English.
Update the product information (images, videos, contents) from admin panel.
Check daily orders of website.
Update the inventory of product.
Having knowledge about listing on website, eBay, Amazon, etc not mandatory.
Communicate with other team members (like Customer support, Logistics, sourcing, Warehouse).
Basic knowledge about Ecommerce.
Training will be provided.
Quick Learner.
