ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the business in detail and track operational performance through various reports
Analyze data and identify deviations from process
Understand system workflows and create/modify workflows
Report creation and work closely with the business analyst team to gather and analyze operations data
Work with different teams to understand operational issues and identify operational inefficiencies
KRA
Monitor and eliminate outliers
Implement and document process changes
Improve/Automate reporting to set
Desired Profile QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
MBA/ Equivalent Post Graduate Programme in Finance/Systems/Operations (Full Time) with BE/ BTech /BCA /BSc Computer Science background
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Good working knowledge of SQL queries
Good written and verbal communication
WORK TIMING 12 noon 9 PM / 1 PM 10 PM/ 2 PM 11 PM as decided by the hiring managers
