Tech Mahindra hiring for Tech-Support-International Voice Process

JD
Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written & good presentation skills
– Good knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure Technologies LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Hubs / Networks etc.
– Acting as Single Point of Contact for customers for either reporting trouble or providing updates on existing Trouble Tickets
– Able to fix WAN troubles either by remote diagnostics or by involving relevant technical/non-technical teams
– Should be comfortable in taking inbound calls / making outbound calls. Calls may be required to interact with End customers/Technicians/Other teams
– Must be willing and able to work various shifts as assigned (such as nights, weekends and statutory holidays), based on business needs
– Demonstrated ability to identify problems and situations, take appropriate action, implement solutions or escalate as required
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaboratively with other departments
– Ability to review and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate client options/solutions
– Ability to manage a demanding workload
